摘  要:目的观察山茱萸果核水溶性成分对实验性心律失常模型心电图的影响。方法选用健康小鼠和大鼠,随机分为模型组、阳性药对照组、山茱萸果核水溶性成分低剂量组和高剂量组,灌胃1次·d-1,连续5 d。比较山茱萸果核水溶性成分对Ca Cl2、氯仿诱发小鼠心律失常以及乌头碱所诱发大鼠心律失常心电图室性早搏(VE)、室性心动过速(VT)、心室纤颤(VF)和心脏停搏(CA)潜伏期的影响。结果 (1)果核高剂量组对氯化钙诱发的小鼠室颤潜伏期延长为(2.37±0.09)s,心律失常持续时间缩短为(150.9±51.2)s,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)果核高剂量组对氯仿诱发的小鼠室颤发生率(70%)低于模型组(70%),P<0.05;(3)高剂量组VE(8.20±0.84)s、VT(112.00±6.60)s、VF(19.5±1.29)s、CA(54.32±10.20)s潜伏期延长,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论山茱萸果核水溶性成分对氯化钙、氯仿及乌头碱诱发的实验性心律失常有对抗作用,可能与钠通道阻滞、钙通道阻滞及降低机体对儿茶酚胺的敏感性有关。Objective To study the effect of Fructus Corni fruit core water-soluble components on electrocardiogram( ECG) of experimental arrhythmia model. Methods The healthy Kunming mice and SD rats were randomly divided into control group,positive drug group,low and high dosage of the water-soluble constituents of Fructus Corni fruit core with drug intragastric administration once a day for 5days. ECG was recorded among different arrhythmia induced by CaCl2 , chloroform and aconitine in each group. Results①Latency of mouse ventricular fibrillation induced by calcium chloride were extended in the core of high dose group (2. 37 ± 0. 09) s , and the duration of ventricular arrhythmia were shortened(150. 9 ± 51. 2) s, so there were statistically significant compared with the model group ( all P 〈 0 . 05 ) . ②The ventricular fibrillation ratio of Fructus Corni fruit core water-soluble components in high dose group decreased in mice induced by chloroform compared with the control group(P〈0. 05).③The latency of VE(8. 20 ± 0. 84) s, VT(112. 00 ± 6. 60) s, VF(19. 5 ± 1. 29) s and CA(54. 32 ± 10. 20) s were prolonged in high-dose group ( P 〈0 . 05 ) . Conclusion Fructus Corni fruit core water-soluble components had a protective effect on arrhythmia model by CaCl2 , chloroform and aconitine. The mechanism might be related to sodium channel blockade, calcium channel blockade and the body′s sensitivity of catecholamine reduced.
