摘 要:目的结合实际案例,探讨快速DNA技术在个体识别案件中的应用。方法分别从实验室快速STR扩增试剂盒和现场一体化DNA检验设备两个方面进行说明,列举了采样工具及检材处理流程、扩增试剂及成分配比优化、电泳检测及数据分析等对快速检验的影响。结果两者在案件中均取得了成功的STR分型结果,其相应的快速检验流程能够满足日常案件检验需求。结论个体识别DNA快速检验与分析可以被充分应用到案件实战中,对促进DNA证据的及时提取与鉴定具有重要的意义。Objective To explore the potential of rapid DNA fingerprint technology for forensic individual identification combined with the practical cases. Methods The rapid STR amplification kit and the on-site integrated DNA testing equipment were illustrated respectively. Sampling implement, sample processing, amplification reagents, optimization of distribution ratio, electrophoresis detection and data analysis were listed for the influence of rapid detect method. Results The high quality and concordant STR profile were both attained and the protocols could meet the need of conventional laboratory testing. Conclusion The rapid DNA fingerprint technology could be used for forensic individual identification, which would have important significance for DNA extraction and identification from the crime scene.
