摘　　要：目的探讨何首乌在不同疾病中的作用的研究现状。方法参阅国内外发表的相关文献,综述近年来国内外关于何首乌的化学成分及含量、药理及毒理作用、临床应用及不良反应等研究成果。结果何首乌主要含蒽醌类、二苯乙烯苷类及磷脂类化合物3种有效成分,具有降血脂、抗脂质过氧化、增强免疫、保肝、心脏保护、神经保护、调节神经内分泌、增强造血功能及抗菌等药理作用,主要不良反应为肝损害和胃肠道刺激反应。但物质基础和作用机制还有待进一步研究。结论何首乌具有多种药理作用,临床应用较广,同时存在一些不良反应。Objective To study the advances of Polygonum multiflorum effects on different diseases. Methods Related literatures in recent years were reviewed and the research on the chemical composition, content, pharmacological and toxicological effects, clinical application and adverse reactions of Polygonum multiflorum were summarized. Results Polygonum multiflorum mainly contained three effective compone- nts： anthraquinones, stilbene glycosides and phospholipids, which could reduce blood lipid, resist lipid peroxidation, enhance immunity, protect liver, heart, and nerve system, regulate neuroendocrine, enhance hematopoietic function, resist bacteria and other pharmacological effects. The main adverse reactions were liver damage and gastrointestinal irritation. The material basis and mechanism of action were needed to be further studied. Conclusion Polygonum multiflorum had a variety of pharmacological effects and wide clinical application, while it could present adverse reactions.
