我国导游群体存在的问题及对策研究

摘　　要：在我国旅游业发展过程中,导游群体起着至关重要的作用。但由于现阶段我国旅游市场存在着许多尚未解决的问题和矛盾,使得导游群体的现状不容乐观。本文分析了现阶段导游群体存在的问题,并提出了加强导游培训力度,提高导游服务水平;健全导游激励机制,提高导游薪酬水平;完善导游社会保障制度,增加导游归属感;加大导游正面宣传,提高导游社会形象;积极尝试导游自由执业,让导游群体更有尊严等对策,以期对导游队伍的健康发展以启迪。In the process of tourism development in our country, tour guide group plays a vital role. However, there were still many un- solved problems and contradictions in the tourism market at present stage. For this reason, guide people＇s current situation is not opti- mistic. The article analyzes the existing problems in the present guide groups, and puts forward five countermeasures to enlighten the healthy development of the team, such as strengthening the tour guide training, improving the level of tour guide service ;improving the tour guide incentive mechanism and the level of tour guide salary; perfecting the guide group＇s social security system, increasing guide sense of belonging; increasing the guide positive propaganda, improving tour guide social image; trying actively to guide practice freely, to let guide group obtain with more dignity.
