摘 要:氟碳表面活性剂既能显著降低气-水表面张力,又能修饰储层岩石表面结构,在石油工业中得到了越来越广泛地应用,但目前国内外对氟碳表面活性剂在岩石界面上的吸附研究较少。利用分光光度计测量了氟碳表面活性剂(FW-134)最佳吸收波长,绘制了浓度-吸光度标准曲线,在确定最佳浓度、最佳液固比、饱和吸附时间等试验条件的基础上,采用浓差法测定了FW-134在岩石矿物表面上的吸附曲线,并进一步分析了温度、pH值、矿化度、聚合物等作业环境因素对其吸附特性的影响。结果表明,FW-134最佳吸收波长为290nm,最佳浓度为10mg/L,最佳液固比为50∶1,最佳平衡吸附时间为120min;在岩石矿物表面上的等温吸附曲线呈现出典型的"L"型,饱和吸附量约为1.65mg/g;吸附结构主要为单层结构;吸附量随温度的升高而降低,吸附过程为放热反应,吸附量受pH值的影响较小,随矿化度的增加缓慢上升,随聚合物浓度的增加不断下降,且分子量高的聚合物对吸附量的影响更大。The fluorocarbon surfactant can obviously reduce the tension on oil and gas surface,also can modify the rock surface structure,it is more and more widely used in oil industry,but there is less study on the adsorption of fluorocarbon surfactant on rock surface in China.A spectrophotometer is used to measure the optimal adsorptive wave length of the fluorocarbon surfactant(FW-134),by which a standard concentration-optical absorbance curve is drawn,on the basis of determining the testing conditions of optimal concentration,optimal liquid-solid ratio and saturated adsorptive time,a method of concentration-difference is used to detect the adsorptive curve of FW-134 on rock mineral surface,the influence of temperature,pH,salinity and polymer on its adsorptive property is further analyzed.The results show that the optimal adsortptive wave length is 290 nm,the optimal concentration is10mg/L,the optimal liquid-solid ratio is 50∶1,the optimal balanced adsorptive time is 120 min.The isothermal adsorptive curve on the rock mineral surface is in 'L'shape,the saturated adsorption rate is 1.65mg/g,the adsorptive structure is single layer one,the adsorptive rate decreases with the increase of temperature,the adsorption is exothermal reaction,the adsorption is less influenced by Ph,it increases slowly with the increase of salinity and continuously decreases with the increase of polymer's concentration.More influence is induced by the polymer with higher molecular weight.
