摘 要:基于2009-2013年的行业面板数据,用非参数的DEA-Malmquist法研究了我国高技术行业的技术创新效率,结果显示:整个高技术产业全要素增长率呈波浪式增长态势,年均增速为21.6%,其中航空航天器制造业增长幅度最大为43.8%,各行业增长的主要促进因素是技术进步;不同行业的综合效率与技术进步指数对全要素生产率的贡献不同,行业间差距明显;高技术行业总体配置效率不高,为非DEA有效。Based on the industry panel data from 2009 to 2013, the non-parametric DEA-Malmquist method is used to study the efficiency of technological innovation in China's high-tech industry. The results show that the total factor growth of the whole high-tech industry shows a wave-growth,with an average annual growth rate of 21.6%, of which aerospace manufacturing industry the largest growth rate of 43.8%, the industry growth is the main driving factor in various industries progress; different sectors of the comprehensive efficiency and technological progress index have a different contribution to total factor productivity, The gap between the indus- try significantly; the overall allocation efficiency of high-tech industry is not high, non-DEA effective.
