摘　　要：面对全球供应链贸易的发展,WTO已经缺失了能够达成更进一步规则的动力和机制。未来全球贸易的治理需要多层次的规则体系来完成。中国应当适应这种发展,在未来区域贸易或者国内规则制定中,逐渐纳入这些规则。In the face of the development of global supply chain trade, WTO has lost the power and mecha- nism to achieve new rules. TPP is compliance with the global supply chain trade demand for rules, and success- fully incorporated into the terms of social responsibility. TPP rules will become the core of the rule of law in the future global trade. Also, the future of global trade governance needs to include a multi-level system of rule to complete. China should suit for this situation. In the future, China should incorporated into these new rules, when it makes the regional trade rules or the domestic rules.
