摘  要:采用在线测温技术,利用热分析法结合微观组织观察分析,研究了Cu对Al-12.7Si合金凝固过程及其微观组织形成的影响,探讨了合金生成相的形成、长大过程。结果表明:随Cu含量的增加,初晶Si的转变温度逐渐升高,其形核、长大时间延长,初晶Si的尺寸呈增大的趋势,尺寸偏差增大;合金的共晶转变温度降低,二元共晶转变时间缩短,三元共晶转变时间呈延长趋势,形成相的长大、粗化时间延长,使共晶Si的尺寸呈增大趋势。The solidification of Al-12.7Si alloys adding Cu was studied by the on-line thermometric technique of the melt. The effect of Cu on the solidification characteristics and the microstructure evolution was analyzed by means of thermal analysis with the microstructure study. The nucleation and growth evolution of the phases in alloys was analyzed. The results show that with the increase of Cu content in Al-12.7Si alloys, the transforming temperature of primary Si is increased. The nucleation and growth time of primary Si is prolonged, the size and size deviation of primary Si is increased. The temperature and the time of the binary eutectic transformation of the tested alloys are decreased, and the time of the ternary eutectic transformation is increased. The time of the growth and coarsening of the formed phases is increased. The size ofeutectic Si phase trended to increase.
