黄杏润肠片治疗轻中度慢传输型便秘45例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察黄杏润肠片治疗慢传输型便秘的临床疗效。方法将90例轻中度慢传输型便秘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例,治疗组给予黄杏润肠片,对照组给予当归龙荟丸,两组均每次6 g,每日2次,连续治疗3周。治疗前后及停药1个月时观察两组患者排便时肛门梗阻感、便不尽感、排便费力程度、大便频率、每次排便时间、腹胀感、大便性状症状积分,并判定临床疗效。结果治疗组治疗后及停药1个月时临床疗效总有效率分别为95.6%、82.2%,对照组分别为93.3%、80.0%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后及停药1个月时两组患者各症状积分均较本组治疗前明显降低(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后和停药1个月时排便费力程度、每次排便时间情况积分均低于同时间点对照组(P<0.05)。结论黄杏润肠片治疗轻中度慢传输型便秘疗效确切,尤其在改善排便费力程度、缩短排便时间方面更为显著。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Huangxin Runchang Plan in the treatment of slow transit constipation. Methods Ninety patients with mild or moderate slow transit constipation were randomized into a treatment group （45 cases） and a control group （45 cases）. The treatment group was given Huangxin Runchang Plan; the control group was given Danggui Longhui Wan （当归龙龙荟丸）. Both groups were given 6g of the corresponding herbal medicine each time, twice every day, for 3 weeks. Patients＇ sense of anal obstruction during defecation, sense of incomplete defecation, defecation difficulty level, stool frequency, each defecation time, sense of abdominal distension, and stool property symptom score in both groups were examined before and after treatment, as well as one month after stopping medication. The clinical effect was evaluated. Results The total clinical effective rate after treatment and 1 month after stopping medication was 95.6% and 82.2% in the treatment group, and 93.3% and 80. 0% in the control group, respectively. There was no significant difference between two groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. Patients＇ symptom scores in both groups decreased after treatment and 1 month after stopping medication （P 〈0. 01 ）. The scores of defecation difficulty level and each defecation time in the treatment group after treatment and 1 month after stopping medication were lower than those in the control group at the same time points （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Hucmgxin Runchang Plan seems to be effective in treating mild or moderate slow transit constipation, especially in improving defecation difficulty level and shorting defecation time.
