摘 要:地区电力市场模型将有效解决众多分布式可再生能源(DRES)与电力用户的电力交易问题,而且随着电动汽车的普及与电动汽车入网(V2G)技术的成熟,电动汽车为城市电网提供旋转备用更具经济性。文中对地区电力市场进行了描述,并在此基础上利用基于市场的控制方法,提出了电动汽车参与地区电力市场提供备用服务的交易方法;将系统备用需求分为发电侧需求和用户侧需求,使其各自参与备用市场购买备用以实现利润最大化,并满足系统功率的稳定性。以光伏发电为例,建立了光伏发电概率预测模型,验证了通过购买适当的备用容量,光伏发电商能获得更高利润,并降低其发电不稳定对系统的影响。算例表明地区电力系统运行中心可以通过调节惩罚系数协调各市场成员的备用需求量,对系统的功率误差进行控制。A local electricity market model enables energy to be exchanged between distributed renewable energy sources(DRESs)and local consumers.With the popularity of electric vehicles and the maturity of vehicle to grid(V2G)technology,a market based method is proposed for electric vehicles to participate in the local transaction of spinning reserve so as to reduce the power instability from generation side and power user side,which should take responsibility of the instability and purchase reserve to make more profit and meet the requirement of stability and security.By taking photovoltaic(PV)power generation as an example,a PV output probability prediction model is established and it is proved that PV power generation companies can obtain more profits by purchasing the V2 Greserve and the effect of the PV output instability on the system is reduced.Numerical example also shows that the power system operation center can determine reserve quantity of local power system by adjusting the penalty coefficient so as to control the error of system power.
