摘  要:为了确定水煤浆气化炉内O2分压,探究该气氛中Cr2O3的稳定性,首先根据不同厂家水煤浆气化炉合成气的化学组成,使用热力学软件Factsage6.4计算了1300~1600℃水煤浆气化炉内的O2分压,然后又计算了不同条件下Cr2O3蒸发形成的各种气体的分压及总蒸气压的变化。结果表明:随着温度的升高,O2分压在带状范围内逐渐增大,气化炉总压力的变化对O2分压变化的影响很小。在一定条件下,Cr2O3的蒸气压会随着温度及O2分压的变化而发生变化。O2分压不变时,Cr2O3的蒸气压随温度升高逐渐增大;温度不变时,Cr2O3的蒸气压随着O2分压的降低先减小后增大;1300—1600℃,Cr2O3蒸气压的最小值出现在O2分压为10^-2~10~Pa;煤气化炉气氛中,随着O2分压降低,Cr2O3蒸气压逐渐升高;不同煤气化炉内,Cr2O3蒸气压的高低不同,其内衬高铬材料的服役寿命可能会有所不同。According to the chemical composition of the syngas in typical coal gasifiers,the oxygen partial pressure was calculated in the range of 1 300 - 1600℃ by thermodynamic software Factsage 6.4, and then the variations of partial pressure and total pressure of vapor phases generated by Cr2O3 evaporation were also calculated to research the stability of Cr2O3. The results indicate that oxygen partial pressure in- creases gradually with the increase of temperature in a band region and the total pressure in the gasifier has a little effect on the partial pressure of oxygen. In certain conditions, Cr2O3 vapor pressure changes with the temperature and oxygen partial pressure. The Cr2O3 vapor pressure increases gradually with the increase of temperature when the oxygen partial pressure is constant, but decreases at first then increases with the decrease of the oxygen partial pressure when the temperature is constant. It reaches the minimum value when the oxygen partial pressure is in the range of 10^-2 -10-4 Pa and the temperature is in 1300 - 1 600℃. The vapor pressure of Cr2O3 gradually increases with 02 partial pressure decreasing in coal gasitier atmosphere. The vapor pressure of Cr2O3 varies with the coal gasifier,so the service life of high chrome material lined in gasifiers is different.
