摘  要:为了探究CaO-MgO-Al_2O_3三元富铝系统物相及显微结构的演变过程,以铝酸钙水泥、尖晶石细粉和氧化铝微粉为原料,分别按C_2M_2A_(14)和CM_2A_8的理论化学组成配料,再分别经1 300、1 400、1 500、1 650、1 700和1 750℃保温6 h热处理后,利用XRD、SEM及EDS研究刚玉-尖晶石浇注料基质高温处理过程中的物相组成及显微结构演变。结果表明:1 400℃处理后,基质中有片状晶体CA_6(CaAl_(12)O_(19))生成;处理温度升高至1 650℃,CA_6与MA(MgAl_2O_4)反应生成C_2M_2A_(14)(Ca_2Mg_2Al_(28)O_(46));随着处理温度的升高,晶体的形貌逐渐由六方片状演变为等轴状。MgO与CaO物质的量比增大至2,处理温度升高至1 750℃后,样品中有等轴状晶体CM_2A_8(CaMg_2Al_(16)O_(27))生成,且同时存在C_2M_2A_(14)。In order to study the phase composition and microstructure evolution of the alumina-rich CaO- MgO-Al2O3 ternary system, the specimens were prepared using calcium aluminate cement, spinel fine powder and micro-sized alumina as starting materials according to the theory chemical composition of C2M2Al4 ( Ca=Mg2Al28O46) and CM2A8 ( CaMgEAl16O27 ), and then firing at 1300,1 400,1 500,1 650,1700 and t 750℃ for 6 h, respectively. The phase composition and microstructure evolution of the prepared specimens during heating were studied by XRD, SEM and EDS. The results show that the plate-like CA6(CaAl12O19) forms at 1 400 ℃. When the processing temperature rises to 1 650℃, CA6 reacts with MA(MgAI=O4) forming CEMzA14 (Ca2Mg2Al28O46). The crystal morphology evolves from plate-like to equiaxed when the processing temperature rise CMzA8 (CaMg2Al16O27) can be generated at 1750℃ with the molar ratio of MgO and CaO is 2.
