摘　　要：产业园区控制性详细规划设计工作的核心内容在于对工业项目用地的合理划分,通过地块划分满足企业多样化的取地需求,最终实现企业项目的高质量入驻。文章针对当前产业园区工业项目用地开发中的诸多问题,借鉴国内外产业园区规划建设的经验,结合沂源县高新技术产业园启动区控制性详细规划项目,探讨并总结出一种系统的、贯穿控制性详细规划全过程的工业项目用地划分及企业取地技术方法。The key issue of industrial park regulatory planning is the rational division of land use, which meets enterprise demand and promotes project consturction. With respect to the problems in industrial land development, Xinyuan hi-tech industrial park regulatory planning studies domestic and overseas experience and summarizes a systematic industrial land use division and land procurement technique.
