摘　　要：生态功能区是指对区域性生态具有主导性、关键性和正面作用的地域,对于城市和区域的生态安全至关重要。区域协同发展是"京津冀一体化"和"建设北京副中心"两大战略的主体思路,生态功能区的规划建设需要跨越以原有的行政区划为范围的模式,向区域化联动方向迈进。针对目前"京津冀一体化"和"建设北京城市副中心"两大重要战略,提出生态功能区的规划和实施战略要实行区域联动,对风景园林专业进军生态修复领域具有战略与现实意义。Ecological function zone is the area that has dominant and key functions to ecological environment. It has important influence on city and region ecological security. When the two strategies of the Integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and Beijing Sub-Center are implemented, regional coordination becornes the thoughts of future development, and the plan and construction of ecological function zones need to cross the border of cities, and work on regional coordination. In such a context, this paper proposes the coordinated mechanism of ecological thnction zones in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei according to the existing conditions.
