摘　　要：中药治疗疾病发挥着重要作用,然而一些中药-药物会出现药物相互作用,甚至可危及人类生命。其作用机制主要与药代动力学和药效学有关,由于中药可以增强或者减弱药物代谢酶和药物转运蛋白活性,进而改变药物疗效和安全性,甚至产生药物相互作用。本文总结有关中药-药物相互作用的研究,以期有利于临床合理使用中药。Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） plays an important role in the treatment of diseases, the compound preparations of TCM can re- duce poison and increase effect. However, various drug - drug interac- tions can occur when TCM and drugs were combined, by which even hu- man life may be threatened. It is related to the pharrnacokinetics and pharmacodynamics. The activity of drug metabolic enzymes and transpor- ters can be enhanced or weakened by TCM, drug effect and safety can be changed, TCM -drug interactions can be produced. This paper summa- rized the interactions between TCM and drug, which was helpful to the reasonable use of TCM.
