摘 要:为了探索Y_2O_3掺杂对锌硼硅玻璃化学稳定性的影响,利用传统高温熔融冷却法制备含Y_2O_3锌硼硅玻璃,在特定的侵蚀条件下研究了玻璃样品在去离子水和混合碱溶液中的腐蚀行为,利用扫描电镜和能谱仪分析腐蚀后的玻璃样品表面形貌和组分变化,电感耦合等离子发射光谱仪测试侵蚀液去离子水中各离子的浸出浓度,同时利用红外吸收光谱测试玻璃结构。试验表明,Y_2O_3掺杂提高锌硼硅玻璃的耐水性和耐碱性,掺杂1%Y_2O_3(摩尔分数)时化学稳定性最好;掺杂Y_2O_3的锌硼硅盐玻璃中[BO4]基团增多,玻璃整体网络结构连接程度增强,玻璃的化学稳定性提高。In order to explore the effect of Y2O3 on the chemical durability of borosilicate glass, Y2O3 doped zinc - boro- silicate glasses were prepared by melt quenching method, and the corrosion experiments in aqueous attacking media were carded out, the samples were corroded in alkali and deionized water with a certain period of time and under certain conditions. The surface of glass samples after corrosion was measured by SEM and EDS. The concentration of ions in deionized water was determined by ICP - AES. The structure of glass was characterized by FTIR. Results show that doping Y2O3 can improve the glass alkali resistance and water resistance and the optimal doping amount was 1 mol % Y2O3. Doping Y2O3 in zinc - borosilicate glasses can change the coordination number of B element in the glass that [ BO3 ] structural unit partly transformed into [ BO4 ], the spatial structure of glass got compacted and the chemical stability of glass got enhanced.
