摘 要:针对以碳酸镧铈为原料制备稀土抛光粉工艺对F所起的作用进行了研究,采用XRD、扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜等分析手段对含F与不含F抛光粉进行对比分析。结果表明,F的加入使抛光粉的物相组成发生了变化,生成了新的物相CeLa_2O_3F_3;另外,通过对两种稀土抛光粉进行SEM分析得出,F的加入促进了抛光粉晶体的团聚,使其团聚颗粒尺寸增大,但从XRD的数据分析看,F对CeO_2的晶粒尺寸和晶粒形貌的改变基本没有影响。从抛光粉的研抛性能来看,F的加入促进了抛光粉研削力的增加。This paper studied the role of fluorine in preparation of ceria - based polishing powders with lanthanum cerium carbonate as raw materials. Performances of rare earth polishing powders with and without fluorine were compared and analyzed by TEM, XRD, SEM and other methods. The results show that the F element reacts to form a new phase CeLa2O3 F3 with the La and Ce. In addition, F promotes the polishing powder crystal agglomeration and improves the particle size of polishing powder, but has no effect on grain size and grain morphology of the powders. The cutting force of the polishing powder was increased by the addition of F.
