摘 要:在采用熔融法制备含Ce^(4+)的CaO-SiO_2-MgO-Al_2O_3系透辉石微晶玻璃过程中,采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)相结合的分析检测方法,研究了Ce^(4+)掺杂对基础玻璃结构的稳定性、热处理后晶体层的晶体形态及晶相组成的影响规律。研究结果表明,Ce^(4+)掺杂能显著提高基础玻璃的玻璃化转变温度,提高基础玻璃结构稳定性并抑制透辉石晶体长大,CeO_2不能作为CaO-SiO_2-MgO-Al_2O_3系微晶玻璃的有效晶核剂。Ce^(4+)掺杂对CaO-SiO_2-MgO-Al_2O_3系微晶玻璃的析晶矿物种类和数量均无明显影响。In this research,the CaO-SiO2-MgO-A1203 system glass-ceramics doped by Ce4+ were prepared through melting method. The influences of dopant Ce4+ on the structure stability, the shape and phase composition of glass-ceramics were analyzed by differential scanning calorimetry ( DSC ), scanning electron microscope ( SEM ) and X-ray diffraction ( XRD ). The results show that dopant Ce4+ significantly promotes the glass transition temperature of basic glass, but restrains the growth of diopside crystal by promoting the structure stability of basic glass. CeO2 can't be an effective nucleating agent of CaO-SiO2-MgO- Al2O3 system glass-ceramics. And dopant Ce4+ do not affect the phase and quantity of CaO-SiO2-MgO-Al2O3 system glass-ce- ramics.
