摘 要:影响酸性磷类试剂分馏萃取稀土产品纯度的主要因素有原料组成、分离系数、混合萃取比、流量波动和分离流程。采用理论分析和计算机动态仿真研究了这些因素对稀土分离产品纯度的影响。研究结果表明,分馏萃取法制备纯度高于99.999%的稀土分离产品时,应选择目标元素纯度≥99%的稀土原料,采用先AB/C分离后接有机进料A/B分离的工艺流程来分离原料中的稀土杂质,尽可能减小流量的随机波动,以及适当降低水相酸度。The main factors, affecting the product purity of rare earth by fractional extraction using organophosphorus acids, are composition of raw materials, separation factor, mixed extraction factor, random fluctuation of flow rates and sepa- ration flow diagram. The influence of these factors on the product purity of rare earth was investigated by theoretical analysis and computer dynamic simulation. The research results show that the rare earth material with the relative purity quotient of tar- get element t〉 99% should be chosen for preparing the relative purity quotient higher than 99. 999% of rare earth products via fractional extraction. Then, the separation process including AB/C separation followed by the A/B separation feeding with or- ganic solution should be applied to separate rare earth impurities in the raw materials, the random fluctuation of the flow rates in fractional extraction should be reduced as much as possible, and the aqueous phase acidity ought to be decreased appropri- ately.
