摘 要:对近年来有关稀土元素在改善铝合金的耐蚀性能方面的研究成果进行了总结和分析。主要介绍了稀土铝合金的制备技术及其耐蚀性能特性;铝合金表面稀土转化膜的主要制备工艺及其成膜机理和耐蚀机理;稀土-硅烷复合膜的制备及其耐蚀性能;稀土在有机缓蚀剂和有机涂料中的应用。对今后应注意的问题提出了建议。An overview on the research progress of the application of rare earth elements in the anticorrosion of aluminum alloys was presented. The main manufacturing technologies and anticorrosion mechanism of rare earth aluminum alloys were in- troduced firstly. Then, the main preparation methods of rare earth element conversion coatings on aluminum alloys were sum- marized. The mechanisms of coating formation and corrosion resistance were also discussed. In addition, the preparation meth- ods and corrosion resistance of rare earths - silane composite coating as well as the application of rare earth elements in organic inhibitors and organic coatings were introduced briefly. Finally, some suggestions on future development were also proposed.
