镍钛形状记忆合金环抱器与微型钢板治疗掌指骨骨折的疗效对比

摘　　要：目的 比较镍钛形状记忆合金环抱器与微型钢板治疗掌指骨骨折的疗效。方法 选择掌指骨骨折患者40例,随机分为观察组和对照组各20例,观察组接受镍钛形状记忆合金环抱器内固定治疗,对照组接受微型钢板内固定术治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、并发症发生率。结果 观察组总有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（χ^2=7.037,P〈0.05）。两组术后常见并发症发生率比较,观察组低于对照组（χ^2=35,P〈0.05）。结论 在镍钛形状记忆合金环抱器内固定法治疗掌指骨骨折时其较微型钢板更具优势。Objective The comparison of nickel titanium shape memory alloy embracing device and mini plate in treatment of metacarpal and phalangeal fractures efficacy. Methods 40 patients with metacarpal and phalangeal fracture, randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group of 20 cases, the observation group accepted nickel titanium shape memory alloy embracing internal fixator in the treatment, control group were treated with mini plate internal fixation in the treatment of, compared with two groups of curative effect and the complication rate. Results： the observation group, the total efficiency is better than the control group, the difference is statistically significant （X^2=7.037, P〈0.05）. Resuts Two groups of postoperative common complications are relatively, the observation group was lower than that in control group （X^2= 35, P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion In TiNi shape memory alloy embracing fixator fixation for the treatment of metacarpal and phalangeal fractures when compared with miniature steel plate has more advantages.
