地诺前列酮栓用于轻度子痫前期促宫颈成熟的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨地诺前列酮栓在足月轻度子痫前期孕妇终止妊娠中的作用。方法选择2013年至2014年在我院住院并分娩的足月轻度子痫前期孕妇86例(A组),随机抽取同期住院分娩血压正常孕妇75例(B组)为对照,两组均选用地诺前列酮栓促宫颈成熟。对产程时间、剖宫产率、产后出血量、新生儿Apgar评分进行比较。结果 A组剖宫产率18/86,B组剖宫产率12/75,无统计学差异。产程时间、产后出血量、新生儿Apgar评分,在两组之间比较无统计学差异。结论地诺前列酮栓可安全有效的用于在轻度子痫前期促宫颈成熟。Objective To evaluate the administration of dinoprostone suppositories in induced labor for full-term pregnancy women with mild pre-eclampsia. Method 86 cases with mild preeclampsia （group A）, admitted in our hospital from 2013 to 2014, and 75 full-term normal puerpera Were included （group B） in the study. Dinoprostone suppositories were placed for induction for both of the two groups. The labor time,cesarean delivery rate, the amount of postpartum hemorrhage, Apgar score of newborn were observed. Results The cesarean rate in group A is 18/86, the rate in group B is 12/75, there was no significant difference between the two groups. There was no significant difference between the two groups in the labor time, postpartum hemorrhage and Apgar score of newborn. Conclusion Dinoprostone is effective and sage in inducing labor for mild preeclarnpsia.
