神经性耳聋治疗中高压氧的辅助治疗作用分析

摘　　要：目的在治疗神经性耳聋患者过程中,辅以高压氧治疗措施,观察临床治疗效果。方法择取本院在2015年1月至2015年11月期间收治的神经性耳聋患者70例,按照数字抽签法和患者意愿,将患者划分为治疗组与常规组,每组35例。对常规组患者行一般性药物治疗,对治疗组患者行一般性药物治疗和高压氧治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗组患者的临床治疗总有效率为85%,常规组患者的临床治疗总有效率为60%,数据组间比较存在明显差异,即P<0.05,统计学意义十分显著。结论在治疗神经性耳聋患者过程中,辅以高压氧治疗措施,可以有效提高临床治疗有效率,改善患者的生活质量,具有较好的临床应用价值,值得应用与推广。Objective In the process of treatment of patients with sensorineural deafness, complementary with hyperbaric oxygen treatment, to observe the clinical therapeutic effect. Methods Will pick in our hospital from January 2015 to November 2015 treated 70 cases of patients with sensorineural deafness, according to the digital and patients will draw method, could be divided into treatment group and routine group, patients in each group 35 cases. Line of generic drug treatment in patients with normal group, the treatment group patients＇ general drug therapy and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Contrast the treatment effect of two groups of patients. Results The treatment group patients clinical treatment the total effective rate was 85%, clinical treatment in patients with normal group total effective rate was 60%, the more obvious differences between data set, i.e., P 〈 0.05, the statistical significance is significant. Conclusion In the process of treatment of patients with sensorineural deafness, complementary with hyperbaric oxygen treatment, can effectively improve the clinical treatmentefficiency, improve the patient＇s quality of life, has good clinical application value, worthy of albplication and promotion.
