摘  要:目的探讨MRI扩散加权成像(DWI)在骨肌系统疾病椎体良恶性骨折中的应用价值。方法根据病变性质将53例良恶性椎体病变患者分为良性组和恶性组,均行脊柱常规检查、增强扫描及DWI。观察比较两组椎体骨折于DWI上的信号改变。结果两组椎体骨折于DWI上的信号改变均表现为高信号和等信号,且于高信号和等信号表现上无显著差异(P>0.05);良性组病变椎体ADC值显著高于恶性组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 DWI信号变化鉴别椎体良、恶性病变的符合率较高,而ADC值区别椎体病变阴性或阳性具有一定的适用价值,但不可作为唯一诊断手段。Objective To investigate the value of MRI diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) in benign and malignant vertebral fracture of the disease of bone and muscle system. Methods 53 cases with benign and malignant vertebral diseases were divided into the benign group and the malignant group according to the nature of the disease. All the patients underwent routine examination, enhanced scan and DWI. The signal changes of vertebral fracture in two groups were compared between the groups. Results The signal changes in the two groups of vertebral fracture in DWI were high signal and equal signal, and there was no significant difference in the high signal and other signal (P〉0.05); The ADC value of vertebral body in benign group was significantly higher than that in malignant group, and the difference was significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion DWI signal changes in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant tumors of the vertebral body is higher, and the ADC value of the difference between the vertebral body lesions negative or positive has a certain value, but can't be used as the only means of diagnosis.
