精索静脉曲张术后阴囊温度变化对男性不育的影响

摘　　要：目的探索显微镜下精索静脉曲张(VC)术后,阴囊温度的变化对精液质量的影响,为临床诊治提供依据。方法利用温度测量仪对50例VC患者手术前后阴囊的根部、中部、底部进行温度测量。采用配对t检验对阴囊各部位温度及其精液密度和活力进行分析。结果 VC患者手术后阴囊根部、中部、底部温度降低,与手术前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);手术后精子密度、活力提高,与手术前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论显微镜下VC术后阴囊温度降低可提高精子活力与密度。Objective To explore the influence of change of scrotum temperature on semen quality after operation for varicocele under microscope, and provide basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods Temperature of the root, middle part and bottom of scrotum was measured with thermometer in 50 patients with varicocele before and after surgery. The temperature of each scrotal part, sperm density and activity were analyzed using paired t-test. Results The postoperative temperature of scrotal root, middle part and bottom part in the varicocele patients was lower than that before operation, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.The density and vitality of spermatozoa increased after operation compared with those before operation, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Decrease of scrotum temperature can increase sperm motility and density after microscopic varicocele surgery.
