摘　　要：目的综合评价SUA水平与缺血性脑卒中预后关系。方法通过计算机联网检索中国生物医学文献数据库、中国学术期刊全文数据库、Medline、Pubmed等数据库,收集2015年8月以前国内外公开发表的有关中国人群SUA水平与缺血性脑卒中预后关系的研究文献。按照纳入与排除标准,选择16篇文献进行Meta分析。结果经Meta分析一致性检验,各研究结果间存在异质性(χ2=1817.91,P<0.01),采用随机效应模型,合并效应指标SMD值及95%CI为-1.21(-1.67^-0.75)。结论入院时SUA水平升高可能增加急性缺血性脑卒中发生不良预后的危险。Objective To evaluate the relationship between SUA level and prognosis of ischemic stroke. Methods These papers about the relationship between SUA level and prognosis of ischemic stroke published before August 2015 were retrived and collected from CMB, CNKI, Medline, Pubmed and so on. According to inclusion and exclusion criteria, a total of 16 related papers were suitable for meta - analysis. Results Meta - analysis showed these papers were inhomogeneous（ X2 = 1817.91 ,P 〈 0.00001 ）. Therefore a ran- dom effect modem was used. SMD and 95% CIwere - 1.21 （ - 1.67 - -0. 75）. Conclusion The high SUA levels could increase the risk of acute ischemic stroke poor prognosis at admission.
