不同固化压力下制备碳纤维增强铝层板的拉伸性能

摘  要:以市售碳纤维增强环氧树脂预浸料和铝板为原料,以E-51环氧树脂为胶黏剂,分别在0.1,0.3,0.6MPa压力下于180℃固化2h制备了碳纤维增强铝层板(CRALL),研究了固化压力和铝板表面处理状态对其拉伸性能的影响。结果表明:随着固化压力的降低,CRALL的抗拉强度下降,失效方式由直接断裂转变为分层脱粘失效。在固化压力为0.6MPa、铝板经表面处理条件下制备的CRALL中,碳纤维增强层之间没有出现明显的分层现象,铝板与碳纤维增强层的界面结合良好;其抗拉强度为1 010MPa,弹性模量为77GPa,均接近理论值;拉伸时试样直接断裂,仅有较少的分层脱粘现象;而用未表面处理铝板制备的CRALL的抗拉强度比用表面处理铝板的下降了39%。Using a commercial carbon fiber reinforced epoxy resin prepreg and aluminum plate as raw materials,with E-5 1 epoxy resin as adhesive,the carbon fiber reinforced Al laminate (CRALL)was prepared after curing at 180 ℃ for 2 h at the pressures of 0.1,0.3 and 0.6 MPa respectively.The effects of curing pressure and aluminum plate surface state on the tensile properties of the CRALL were studied.The results show that with the decrease of the curing pressure,the tensile strength of the CRALL decreased and the failure mode changed from direct fracture to delamination-debonding failure.In the CRALL prepared at the curing pressure of 0.6 MPa and with the surface treated aluminum plate,no delamination phenomenon between the carbon fiber reinforced layers was observed;the interface adhesion between the aluminum plate and carbon fiber reinforced layer was good;the tensile strength and elastic module was 1 010 MPa and 77 GPa,which were close to the theoretical values;the samples fractured directly during tensile,and only few delamination-debonding phenomena existed;the tensile strength of the CRALL with the untreated aluminum plate was reduced by 39% comparing to that with treated aluminum plate.
