摘  要:针对瓷绝缘子等复杂几何模型中三维裂纹建模困难的现状,提出了一种新型的三维裂纹实体数值建模法,通过平板半椭圆形表面裂纹应力强度因子的数值解和理论解的对比分析,验证了提出的裂纹实体建模法的有效性。基于有限元理论,建立了支柱瓷绝缘子的数值仿真模型,计算了瓷绝缘子在无缺陷状态下的应力分布情况,应用本文的裂纹建模法建立了瓷绝缘子的表面裂纹,分析了瓷绝缘子表面裂纹应力强度因子随裂纹尺寸以及裂纹所在位置的变化规律,获得了易导致断裂的危险裂纹尺寸和裂纹危险分布区域,为电力系统中瓷绝缘子的运行维护提供理论指导和技术支持。In view of the difficult situation of three-dimensional crack modeling for complex geometric model as porcelain insulator, a new method of 3d crack entity numerical modeling is put forward, through comparing the numerical solution and the theoretical solution for the fiat semi- eUipdcal surface crack stress intensity factor, the effectiveness of the proposed entity modeling method of crack is verified. Based on the finite element theory, the numerical simulation model of the rod porcelain insulator is built, and calculated the stress distribution without any defect, the porcelain insulator surface crack is built by the application of crack modeling method of this paper, and analyzed the changing rule of the porcelain insulator surface crack stress intensity factor with the changing crack size and crack location, the dangerous cracks crack size and dangerous distribution area that would cause fracture of porcelain insulator easily is obtained, and provided theoretical guidance and technical support for porcelain insulator in power system operation maintenance.
