摘 要:针对超高层建筑容易遭受雷击的问题,选取贵阳市内城中综合体中某超高层智能大厦作为研究对象,利用现场土壤电阻率勘查数据,建立土壤分层电气等效模型。结合雷电特征参数和建筑的防雷系统,基于CDEGS软件建立超高层智能大厦三维数值模型。分析超高层智能大厦在遭受直接雷击时建筑顶层和低层的电磁场变化,并计算雷击时建筑底层最大接触电压和跨步电压。同时对雷击时室内设备和处于建筑底层人员的安全性进行了定量评估,找出雷击危险点所在,为超高层智能大厦综合防雷设计和雷电灾害风险评估提供参考依据。For the problem of super high-rise building is vulnerable to lightning strike, this paper selected a super high-rise intelligent building of Guiyang city as the research object. By using the field soil resistivity exploration data, layered soil electrical equivalent model is set up. Combined with the characteristic parameters of lightning and lightning protection systems architecture, three-dimensional numerical model of super high-rise intelligent building is established based on CDEGS software. The paper not only analysis the super high-rise intelligent building top and bottom electromagnetic field changes when subjected to direct lightning stroke but also calculate the maximum step and touch voltages in the building ground floor when lightning stroke. Meanwhile, the paper assess the safety of indoor equipment and personnel in the ground floor and also find out the lightning risk points, which provides some references for the lightning disaster risk assessment and super high-rise intelligent building comprehensive lightning protection design.
