摘 要:由于传统模糊综合评判法受关系矩阵、评语集、权重、隶属度的影响,在使用最大隶属度准则时,容易掩盖介于两个隶属度之间的不良情况。为此提出一种基于云模型理论的多层次模糊综合评价法的改进方法。改进之后的方法可以有效的对评估对象做出综合决策,减少专家的主观因素对评价结果的影响。最后通过MATLAB软件进行仿真,结果表明,改进的方法利用正态云模型构建的隶属度函数充分考虑判断矩阵的模糊性和随机性,实现了精确数值与定性评价值之间的转换,模型的评估方式比传统方法更加简单,能使评价结果更加客观和准确。In view of the traditional fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method influenced strongly by the relationship -matrix, evaluation set, weight and membership degree, and easy to cover the range of guidelines when using the maximum membership degree of membership between two adverse situations, we proposed an improved method named multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on cloud model theory. The improved method can effectively evaluate objects and make comprehensive decision, then reduce the subjective factors of expert's impact on the evaluation results. Finally, the results simulated with MATLAB show that the improved method using normal cloud model building membership function fully considers the judgment matrix of fuzziness and randomness, and realyzes the conversion of precise numerical values and qualitative evaluation. The model is much simpler than the conventional method, and the evaluation results are more objective and accurate.
