摘  要:为研究铺地材料对丁苯胶(SBR)熔融流淌燃烧行为的影响,文中选取了瓷砖、钢板、聚氯乙烯(PVC)地板革和石膏板4种铺地材料,在自行搭建的实验平台上进行燃烧实验,获得了质量、液池及池火面积、温度场等数据。分析表明,4种铺地材料上丁苯胶(SBR)液池扩展速率、池火蔓延速率、燃烧速率及火焰温度从大到小的顺序均为:钢板>石膏板>PVC地板革>瓷砖,基本与铺地材料的热容大小顺序(瓷砖>石膏板>PVC地板革>钢板)相反,其中PVC地板革裂解产物的阻燃性进一步降低了其燃烧速率。此外,由于其良好的导热性,钢板对燃烧的流淌熔体的熄灭作用随时间先增大后减小,SBR燃烧速率后期出现快速增长,表现出非线性特点。An experimental setup was built to measure the mass, pool area, pool fire area and flame temperature of styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) on four flooring materials including tile, stainless steel plate, PVC floor leather and plasterboard. The data show that the spread rates of pool area and pool fire area, the burning rate and the flame temperature from high to low are in the same order: steel plate 〉 plasterboard 〉 PVC floor leather 〉 tile, which is attributed to that the thermal capacity from high to low is in the order: tile 〉 plasterboard 〉 PVC floor leather〉 steel plate. The burning rate of SBR on PVC floor leather is slightly lower than that on plasterboard, which might result from the flame retardancy of PVC decomposition products. In addition, it is found that the suppression effect of steel plate on running fire of SBR melts increases initially and decreases subsequently. Correspondingly, the burning rate of SBR on steel plate increases initially slowly and subsequently rapidly, demonstrating the non-linear characteristic.
