免散瞳眼底照相对提高糖尿病患者治疗主动性的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨免散瞳眼底照相(NMFCS)对提高糖尿病患者治疗主动性的效果。方法采用NMFCS对2400例(4800只眼)糖尿病患者进行眼底检查,建立了完整的患者资料库,并对患者定期复诊。结果发现53%的患者存在不同程度的DR,42%的患者无任何不适的自觉症状。根据DR的临床分期,其中0级1128例,Ⅰ级534例,Ⅱ级381例,Ⅲ级294例,Ⅳ级27例,Ⅴ级24例,Ⅵ级12例。结论NMFCS简单易用,患者能直观的看到自己的眼部病变,特别对无眼部症状的患者能引起他们的足够重视,治疗主动性大大提高,能有效地预防并治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变。Objective To discuss the effect of NMFCS on improving the initiative treatment of diabetic patients. Methods 2400 cases （4800 eyes） of diabetic patients were examined by applying NMFCS, and established a complete patient database, regular return visit. Results 53% of the patients had different degree of diabetic retinopathy （DR）, 42% of the patients has not any discomfort self-conscious symptom. According to DR clinical stages, including 1128 cases of 0 level, 534 cases of Ⅰ level, 381 cases of Ⅱ level, 294 cases of Ⅲ level, 27 cases of Ⅳ level, 24 cases of Ⅴ level, 12 cases of Ⅵ level. Conclusions NMFCS is easy to use, and the patients can intuitively find their eye pathological changes. Especially for the patients without eye symptoms, it can cause their enough attention, and improve the initiative treatment greatly. In addition, NMFCS can also prevent DR and treat DR effectively.
