论条形码技术在公安重点车辆管理中的应用

摘　　要：根据公安交警对重点车辆的管理要求，结合当前基层一线在对重点车辆管理实践中的问题，采用应用广泛的条形码技术，通过计算机程序，简要设计一套便于基层单位操作的重点车辆管理系统，并对系统功能进行阐述。该系统通过实践应用，节省了基层实战单位的警力，提高了检查登记的效率，受到公安交警、重点车辆企业和驾驶人的好评，实现了科技强警，确保针对重点车辆实行安全检查登记制度的落实。According to primary concerned vehicles management requirements of traffic management departments, combined with the problems the front line traffic police officers encountered in primary concerned vehicles management in practice, the author used the most widely used bar- code technology, by designing the computer program, designed a primary concerned vehicles management system which is convenient for operation by front line officers. The paper elaborated the function of the system. The effectiveness of the system has been proved in actual application. This system can save manpower, improve the efficiency of the vehicle inspection and registration, therefore, it is welcomed by traffic police officers, key vehicle enterprises and drivers. This system can help to make sure that primary concerned vehicles safety inspection and registration policy is carried out effectively.
