电磁轨道炮的三维电热力耦合数值模拟

摘　　要：基于有限元和边界元混合算法,辅以外电路模拟程序,开发了电磁发射三维电热力耦合数值模拟程序(Railgun3D)。该程序可描述电磁发射过程中电磁加载、欧姆加热、电枢运动等物理过程,为电磁发射系统的设计提供参考。对使用电磁轨道炮三维电热力耦合数值模拟程序的计算结果与经验公式计算以及串联增强型电磁轨道炮发射的试验结果进行了比较和分析,结果表明:所开发的程序不仅能模拟电磁发射过程,还能给出发射中电、热、力参数的变化,有助于提高对电磁发射过程的理解,可为电磁发射器的设计提供参考。A program for electro-thermal-mechanical numerical simulation in 3 dimensions for railguns （Railgun3D） is developed based on the finite element and boundary element （FE/BE） and external circuit simulation codes. The program describes the electromagnetic loading, Ohmic heating and ar- mature motion during electromagnetic launching. The results obtained from Railgun3D are useful for the electromagnetic launch system design. A comparison of results given by Railgun3D and simplified formula, and experimental results from series-augmented railgun indicates that Railgun3D is capable of simulating launch process of railgun and provides reference for the railgun design. The evolution of the electrical thermal and mechanical parameters is obtained, which is beneficial to the comprehension of the railgun launch process.
