摘  要:针对目前通常作为轨道式电磁发射装置绝缘体的陶瓷材料(以99瓷为例)和复合材料(以层合板为例),首先分析了陶瓷作为绝缘体时发射装置的受力情况;然后,参考陶瓷材料(代表各向同性材料)的受力情况,设计了一种满足该工况要求的复合材料铺层;最后,计算了复合材料作为绝缘体时的受力情况。通过以上两种情况对比表明:若仅从轨道受力、绝缘体本身受力、二者的泊松效应匹配三方面分析,复合材料更适宜作为轨道式电磁发射装置的绝缘体。This paper deals with the common insulator materials of the electromagnetic rail launcher, i.e. ceramic (the high-purity 99 alumina ceramic) and composite (the laminate). An example of the launcher is designed and a finite element analysis model is established. At first, the force of the launcher which uses the ceramic as its insulator material is analyzed. Then a kind of composite lamina- ting is designed for the work condition based on the loading state of ceramic material (isotropic mate- rial) to calculate the loading state of the launcher which uses the composite as its insulator material. Through the comparison of the two kinds of situation, it is found that the composite is better when it is used as the insulator in the electromagnetic rail launcher in the senses of the force condition of the rail, the stress state of the insulator itself and the matching of Poisson's effect between them.
