摘  要:补偿脉冲发电机(compensated pulsed alternator,CPA)是电磁发射系统最具有应用前景的轻小型高功率脉冲电源之一,由于其高峰值脉冲放电的特殊性,使得电机内部温升急剧,对永磁体的安全工作、电枢绝缘材料的绝缘性能以及其他子系统的正常运行都会带来极大的隐患。为此,针对所研究的外转子式永磁励磁CPA的特殊放电形式,首先分析了其电磁损耗的产生机理,并在ANSYS Electromagnetics Maxwell中建立了CPA的二维瞬态电磁损耗分析有限元模型;然后,为模型设置了简化的外部开关放电电路;最后,分别计算得到了CPA短路放电工况和单脉冲放电工况对应的铁芯损耗、补偿筒涡流损耗及电枢欧姆损耗,为后续的温度场分布有限元计算提供了精确全面的热源数据。Compensated pulsed alternator (CPA) is one of the most potential high pulsed power sup- plies. Due to its particularity of high peak value pulse current, the temperature of inner structure, es- pecially its armature and compensator, ascends steeply during the discharging process. The uncontrol- lable temperature is very dangerous for the safety of permanent magnet, the capability of nonconduc- tors and the performance of other subsystems. Aimed at the special configuration of our CPA which is excited by permanent magnet and its discharge characteristics, the theoretic reasons of electromagne- tic loss are analyzed and a CPA's 2D FEA model is established. A discharge circuit for the model is set up. The core-loss, solid-loss and stranded-loss under different conditions are calculated. The research will provide precise load date for temperature field analysis.
