摘 要:公共卫生博士研究生培养是我国高等医学教育的最高层次,其不仅是培养高层次医学科研管理人才的主要途径,也是各大院校和相关科研机构进行科学研究的重要路径。相较于美国,我国的公共卫生博士研究生培养起步相对较晚,相关培养体系还需完善和发展。本文以哈佛公共卫生学院博士培养为对照,结合作者的亲身经历,从入选条件,科研学术环境,毕业制度,和导师的作用四个方面,对中美公共卫生博士研究生的培养模式,进行分析比较,为我国的公共卫生博士研究生培养改革提供参考。The education of Pubhc health philosophy doctor (PhD) graduates is the top level of high-level medical education in China, which is not only the main way to rain high-level medical management and research personnel, but also an important way for the scientific research of universities and research institutions. In comparison with the public health PhD graduates education in the United States, the public health PhD graduates education in China is relatively late, and the its education system needs to be improved. In this study, based on the author's experience, the education of public health PhD graduates in the Harvard T.H CHAN School of Public Health was set as control to analyze the difference in the education model of public health PhD graduates between China and United States by PhD arnission examination, the academic environment, the graduation system and the role of supervisor, which can provide a reference to the education reform of China public health PhD graduates.
