摘　　要：HOXA5是同源异型盒(HOX)基因家族的成员之一,具有高度保守性,在胚胎细胞的发育和成体细胞的分化过程中具有重要意义,且在DNA合成的转录过程中起调控作用。本文主要通过介绍HOXA5在乳腺癌,急性髓性白血病,非小细胞肺癌及卵巢上皮包涵囊肿中的表达情况及其在这些疾病发生发展中的作用,来说明HOXA5与肿瘤的关系。继而为HOXA5在肿瘤基因治疗中的作用提供依据。HOXA5 is a member of the homeobox（HOX）gene family, with high conservatism. It is important in the process of development of embryonic cells and differentiation of adult cells. It plays a critical role in regulating tran- scription of DNA synthesis. This paper illustrates the relationship between HOXA5 and cancer by describing the status of gene expression and the role in the development of these diseases., breast cancer,acute myeloid leukemia, non-small cell lung carcinoma and ovarian epithelial inclusion cysts. Then provide the proof for action in cancer gene therapy by HOXAS.
