摘　　要：该项目位于美国德克萨斯州休斯顿市曼彻斯特街区,项目采用了参与式过程及时通报各类设计决策。在生态基础设施建设过程中,闲置及未得到充分利用的土地是设计关注的重点。该设计方案将场地绿地面积提高了7倍,大大加强了街区减缓洪水的能力。This project uses a participatory process to inform design decision making in the Manchester neighborhood of Houston Texas, USA. Vacant and undenutilized parcels are stressed as key facets for ecological infrastructure placement, The proposed design increases green spaces seven times its current amount, strengthening the neighborhood＇s capability to attenuate flooding.
