摘 要:在河西绿洲灌漠土高原夏菜甘蓝生产中,采用双因素试验设计,研究了水肥耦合对甘蓝叶片叶绿素荧光动力学参数及产量的响应。结果表明:甘蓝叶片在莲座初期、中期、末期的Fo和Fv的值总体变化趋势为莲座末期>中期>初期;土壤田间持水量在90%~100%和50%~75%时组成的水肥处理(A1B1、A1B2、A1B3和A3B1、A3B2、A3B3),都会导致Fv/Fm和Fv/Fo的比值增大或减小;采用土壤田间持水量为75%~90%、施肥量为N 350 kg hm^(-2)+P_2O_5525kg hm^(-2)+K_2O 300 kg hm^(-2)的A2B1处理,植株叶片的ΦPSⅡ、Fv'/Fm'、q P最高,分别为0.493、0.628和0.762,光抑制程度最低为-0.167,甘蓝单株的生物学产量和经济产量分别为1462 g、772 g,每hm^2产量64365 kg,明显高于其他处理。The effect of water and fertilizer coupling on the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and yield of cabbage in the production of plateau summer vegetables cabbage in irrigation desert soil of Hexi Oasis were studied by double factor experiment design. The results showed that the Fo and Fv values of cabbage leaves at the beginning of the indus, middle, end stages were in the order as: late 〉 middle 〉 early. The Fv/Fm and Fv/Fo values were increased or decreased in the treatments of water and fertilizer coupling (A1B1, A1B2, A1B3 and A3B1, A3B2, A3B3) under 90% - 100% and 50% - 75% of soil field capacity. The ~ PS II, Fv'/Fm', qP of plant leaves were the highest, respectively, with the values of 0.493, 0.628 and 0.762 in A2B1 treatment with 75% - 90% of soil field capacity, N 350 kg hm-2, P205 525 kg hm-2 and K20 300 kg hm-2. And the degree of photo inhibition was the lowest with values of -0.167 in this treatment. The biological yield (1462 g), economic yield (772 g) and per hm2 yield (64365 kg per hm2) of cabbage plant were significantly higher in A2B1 treatment than, in other treatments.
