摘 要:随着土壤质量退化及污染问题的加重,以及人们对食用菌菌渣资源化利用认识的提高,菌渣在退化土壤改良上的应用日益受到了关注。阐述了食用菌菌渣作为土壤调理剂在土壤理化性质的改善、酸性土壤及盐碱土的改良、污染土壤的修复等方面的研究进展和应用,分析了食用菌菌渣作为土壤改良剂可能存在的问题,并展望了未来食用菌菌渣开发利用的可行方向,期望为我国食用菌菌渣资源化再利用提供参考。With the deterioration of soil and the increasing awareness of the utilization of spent mushroom substrate, it is increasingly concerned with the application of spent mushroom suhstrate to deteriorated soil for remediation. This paper reviewed the researches and applications of spent mushroom substrate used as soil conditioner in improving soil fertility, regulating the pH value of acidic soil, reclaiming saline-alkali soil and remediating the organic contaminated or heavy metal contaminated soil. It also analyzed the problems in the application of spent mushroom substrate as soil conditioner. Finally, this paper prospected the directions of exploitation and utilization of spent mushroom substrate in the future. It was expected that this review can provide some references for reutilization of spent mushroom substrate.
