摘 要:为了能够在数控机床加工现场狭长的空间区域内实现整体叶盘的加工原工位测量,设计了一种新型的关节臂式测量机。通过两个直行运动部件和一个旋转关节臂的结合,减少测量机的行程,突破加工现场的空间限制,满足在狭长空间限制下的整体叶盘加工原工位测量需求。并提出一种基于对称转位的关节臂零位和关节臂长度的标定方法。通过实验,验证了所提出方法的有效性和精确性。A novel cantilever coordinate measuring machine(CCMM) was designed in order to realize the in-situ measure- ment of the blisk under the restrictions of the long and narrow space area in the processing site. By the combination of the two straight-going components and the rotary articulated arm, the travel of the CMM was reduced, the space constrain was broken through, and the demand of in-situ measurement of the blisk under the restrictions of the long and narrow space area was met. The calibration methods for both the arm length and arm zero positon of the CCMM based on the symmetrical trans- position were presented. The effectiveness and preciseness of the proposed calibration method had been proved by experi- ments and practice.
