摘 要:针对餐厨垃圾厌氧消化酸抑制而造成的消化效率低和产气量低等问题,在中温((37±1)℃)条件下,通过向厌氧消化器中投加不同量的零价铁(Fe^0),考察其对餐厨垃圾厌氧消化过程中pH、挥发性脂肪酸(VFAs)、日产气量、COD及累计产气量的影响。结果表明,投加1 000mg/L Fe^0对餐厨垃圾厌氧消化酸抑制的缓冲作用最好,可保证厌氧系统的稳定及最佳运行,第10天的VFAs转化率比对照组(CK组)提高了36.21%;COD去除率比CK组高13.10百分点;日产气量峰值为1 728mL;25d的累积产气量为10 108mL,比CK组高35.01%。To deal with the low efficiency and low biogas conversion rate caused by the acid inhibition of anaerobic digestion,the effect of adding different dosage of zero-valent iron(ZVI)in the single-phase anaerobic digestor feeding with kitchen wastes under medium temperature((37±1)℃)was investigated,the pH value,volatile fatty acids(VFAs)concentration,biogas daily yield,COD removal rate and the cumulative biogas yield were monitored and analyzed,the experimental results showed that the optimal dosage of Fe0 was 1 000mg/L(T3group)for best alleviation of acid inhibition.It contributed to the most stable operation of the anaerobic systerm.The VFAs availability at the 10 th day was increased by 36.21% and the COD removal rate were increased by 13.10 percent point comparing with control group(CK group).The maximum daily biogas production of T3 group was 1 728 mL,the cumulative biogas yield was 10 108 mL by the end of 25 days and increased by 35.01% compared with CK group.
