摘  要:采用碱性钼酸盐转化工艺在6063铝合金表面制得耐蚀性良好的转化膜。转化液组成为:钼酸钠10.0g/L,乙二胺四乙酸二钠2.0 g/L,三乙醇胺3.0g/L,氟化钠5.0g/L,含硫无机促进剂2.0 g/L。研究了转化液pH、温度和处理时间对转化膜耐蚀性的影响。结果表明,在pH=11.0、温度50℃的条件下处理6063铝合金6.0 min所得转化膜耐蚀性最优。所得转化膜呈均匀的灰色略泛绿,表面粗糙但无裂纹,厚度达30μm以上,由Al_2O_3、MoO_3、Al_2(MoO_4)_3、Na_3AlF_3等化合物构成。A conversion coating with good corrosion resistance was formed on 6063 aluminum alloy from an alkaline molybdate bath composed of sodium molybdate 10.0 g/L, disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate 2.0 g/L, triethanolamine 3.0 g/L, sodium fluoride 5.0 g/L, and inorganic sulfur-containing accelerator 2.0 g/L. The effects of conversion bath pH, temperature and treatment time on corrosion resistance of conversion coating were studied. The results showed that the conversion coating with a thickness up to 30 μm obtained by treating at temperature 50 ℃ and pH 11.0 for 6.0 min has the best corrosion resistance, and is uniform in grey color with slightly green, rough, free of cracks, and composed of several compounds including Al2O3, MOO3, Al2(MoO4)3 and Na3AlF3.
