摘  要:介绍了自主开发的锌合金柠檬酸盐无氰镀铜工艺,并与国内外典型同类产品、氰化镀铜和预镀镍工艺的部分性能进行对比。研究表明,该无氰镀铜工艺在镀层外观、结合力、耐蚀性、沉积速率,镀液稳定性,工艺可控性,废水处理等方面完全达到技术要求,并已实现了大规模连续稳定工业化生产应用。A home-developed process of non-cyanide citrate copper plating for zinc alloy was introduced. Its performances were compared with typical domestic and foreign counterparts, cyanide copper plating and nickel pre-plating. The results showed that the developed process fully meets the technical requirements in the aspects of appearance, adhesion strength, corrosion resistance and deposition rate of coating, bath stability, process controllability, wastewater treatment, etc. The developed process has been continuously and steadily used in industrial production on a large scale.
