摘  要:介绍了一种新型冷轧带钢表面清理装置清洁带钢表面残液的优势以及容易出现带钢边部留印的问题,运用TRIZ创新方法,从分析问题入手,通过功能分析及因果分析,找到三个问题的入手点,再运用TRIZ理论中的技术矛盾、物理矛盾、物场模型三个工具分别对问题进行求解,得到理想的解决方案。This paper introduces the advantages of a new type of cold-rolled strip surface-cleaning device, as well as the disadvantage of leaving trace at the edge after passing through the device. An ideal solution has got through the application of TRIZ theory. Firstly, the three problems were found through the functional and causal analysis. Secondly, the TRIZ tools such as technical contradictions, physical contradictions and Su-F Models were applied to get some concept ideas. Finally, the ideal solution by detailed design was got.
