摘  要:速度锁定器作为一种能量传递装置,它不同于液体粘滞阻尼器,不能耗散能量;但也有普通耗能阻尼器一样的功能,在温度、徐变等慢速作用下可以自由运动。但当速度超过其控制值时,液体速度锁定装置能迅速、有效地激活质量块间的连接,像刚性连杆一样工作;事件结束后,它又能恢复到初始作用力输出状态。基于某型速度锁定器,阐述了其基本工作原理,对缸体、活塞杆等主要结构部件进行了强度核算,并开展了不同温度下慢速、快速、模拟动力相关性能试验。结果表明:该速度锁定器结构形式合理,强度达到设计要求,具有较好的锁定功能。文中所采用的设计与试验方法正确,可行性高,通用性好,对于同类产品有指导意义。AS a energy transmission device, unlike liquid LUD, the LUD (Lock up Device ) can "t dissipate energy. But it can move freely in the slowly effect of temperature and creep the same as the general energy dissipation LUD. Liquid LUD can activates the connection between mass blocks when the velocity over control values, then it works as a rigid rod; After the incident, it can recovery to initial force output state. In this paper, based on a type of LUD, the basic working principle is expounded, intensity accounting for main structure of cylinder and piston rod is made, also conducted simulation power related performance experiments in slow velocity and speed velocity is conducted. The results show that: the LUD has good lock function, its structure is reasonable, and its strength meets the requirements of design. As high feasibility and good generality, the correctness of the design and experiments is verified, which has implications for similar products.
