摘　　要：本文从数据库知识内容生产传递的过程入手,分析了数据库商与图书馆用户、图书馆用户与图书馆两对关系中的权力作用关系,并借用向量的计算方法,量化表达了数据库商与图书馆间的关系。据此,提出了改善图书馆数据库贸易被动地位的对策。According to the production and delivery processes about the knowledge of database, this paper analyzes two power relations： one is between database providers and library users, the other is between library users and libraries. Then this paper uses the calculation method of vendor, quantitatively expresses the relationship between database providers and libraries, and puts forward the solutions to improve the passive position of libraries in the database trade.
