摘  要:为了满足环保要求,解决老水电站没有设置生态流量放流孔的问题,结合某水电站实际情况,利用工程现有条件,在不影响电站的安全运行和防汛要求、不改变电站原有功能和运行方式的前提下,利用原工程遗留的施工支洞开展安装生态小机的可行性研究。结果表明该电站可进行生态小机的安装,并在安装之后可为电站每年增加经济效益556.53万元、减少损失523.2万元,该方案为老水电厂满足环保要求提供了思路。In order to meet the requirements of environ- mental protection and address the problem that the old hydro- power station is designed without setting up ecological flow releasing hole, based on the actual situation of a hydropower station and the present conditions of the project, under the premises that the safe operation of the power station and the flood control requirements of the station are not affected and the original function and operation mode of the station are not changed, the feasibility study of the installation of the ecological small machine the is conducted using the remaining construction adit of original project. The study shows that the power Station can meet the requirements of installing the ecological small machine, and the installation of the machine can increase the economic benefit by 5.565 3 million yuan and reduce the loss by 5.232 million yuan each year. The scheme provides a train of thought for old hydropower plants to satisfy the requirement of environmental protection.
