摘 要:【目的】建立番茄中乙撑硫脲和丙撑硫脲残留量的高效液相色谱分析法。【方法】番茄样品用碱性乙腈提取,PSA净化,高效液相色谱测定。【结果】方法的最低检出量为0.038ng;最低检出质量分数为0.01mg/kg,乙撑硫脲和丙撑硫脲的平均回收率分别为72.4%-105.5%、72.8%.100.2%,相对标准偏差分别为2.6%-4.9%、3.1%-3.5%。【结论】方法的灵敏度、准确度及精密度符合农药残留分析要求。[Aims] A method was developed for analysis of ethylenethiourea and propylenethiourea residues in tomato by high performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC). [Methods] The tomato samples were extracted with alkaline acetonitrile, cleaned up by PSA, and determined by HPLC. [Results] The minimum detectable quantity of the method was 0.038 ng, and the minimum detectable concentration was 0.01 mg/kg. The average recoveries of ETU and PTU were 72.4-105.5 and 72.8-100.2%, the relative standard deviations were 2.6-4.9 and 3.1-3.5%, respectively. [Conclusions] The sensitivity, accuracy and precision of the method met the requirements for pesticide residue analysis.
